I found John through a quick Google search. I was apprehensive as I’d been to a few physios prior with no joy. After 8 sessions with John I was like a new man, everything was explained to me in terms I could understand, we set out a treatment plan that worked and that I understood. After following the activities I was set at home and the treatment recieved by John I am now almost pain free. I go back once a month to keep on top of things. I would not hesitate in recommending John and Brendie especially for there knowledge in there field and there professionalism at all times.
